InkJet Printing
InkJet Printing provides the answers to many
problems that have faced the bakery industry for a long
time.
Most notably among these is the problem of Tracking and
Tracing baked goods after they have left the bakery. We
believe we have come up with the answer by developing a food
imaging or printing system that can be applied to the small
local bakery and also the largest bakeries.
Edible Advertising
Edible Advertising has developed food safe
solutions that can be used to stamp or print not only advertising
messages but also tracking codes on baked
goods.
HSAjet TIPC XJ500
HSAjet TIPC XJ500 - The Powerful and
Flexible Touchscreen Print System that we use for InkJet
Printing.
This fully featured print system has a Touchscreen Controller
for the operation of multiple XJ500 70mm Printheads. It
supplies 185dpi quality graphics at speeds up to
60mpm.
Versatile
The HSAjet TIPC XJ500 system is the most
versatile real time imaging system available. Controlling up
to 4 x 70mm XJ500 printheads, all kinds of graphics,
barcodes, logos and time data can be direct printed.
Our print heads can also be mounted above the process lines
to print down onto the top of the product.
Integrated Ink System
The TIPC print system uses a fully
integrated ink system. This controls the precise flow of high
contrast ink automatically in a clean, closed fluid circuit.
Local touchscreen operation and remote control option
provides for a flexible control environment. RS232 and TCP/IP
are supported.
Operation
1 - The TIPC Touchscreen controller features
WINDOWS XP and HSAjet design and control software called OBJ.
It is simple to create new print designs and begin printing
in minutes. OBJ software can even be loaded onto your office
PC where you can design prints and transfer them to your TIPC
via the network or portable storage device.
2 - OBJ print files can contain barcodes and other graphics
including data that is updated by the line operator before
production begins. OBJ allows you to custom design your touch
interface making your screens look simple and functional for
your operators.
3 - When in print mode, the TIPC will report back real time
production data and allow remote field input. |
